“I found the atmosphere quite welcoming, almost as if the property had recently undergone a refresh, and the proximity to Printer's Alley's lively karaoke scene is a definite draw. While the service from the valet team, particularly Manny and Joshua, was consistently praised for its helpfulness and positive spirit, and the rooms felt comfortable and well-kept, a functioning swimming pool and more consistent attention to basic maintenance like a draining sink would elevate the experience. The elevator situation, with only one operational, presented a notable inconvenience, a detail that, alongside an expensive parking fee, makes one consider alternatives for transportation.”
